WHAT EXACTLY IS HYBRID TRAINING?

Are you someone who has the desire and motivation to train on their own but needs some guidance and direction on what exercises to choose and how to perform them? Are you interested in working with a personal trainer part time and committing to a training program independently? Then this program is designed for you! Hybrid Training is a mix of in-person training and remote training.

WHERE TO BEGIN?

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

After completing a consultation to go over your goals, movement screen, and health history you then choose whether you want to train 1 or 4 times a month. We will set up a monthly schedule for these sessions. A remote training program will be created and given to you via the Compound Performance app which will direct you through your weekly workouts. You may choose between 1 and 5 days of remote training. We will have digital weekly check-ins in order to track your progress. Clients are charged monthly.

LOCATION

For in-person sessions you will train out of Regular Exercise at 1401 Clement Street, located in the Richmond District in San Francisco. Virtual Training will be completed via FaceTime or Zoom.

PRICES

Remote Coaching = $400/monthly

Training Session = $150/each

1x + Remote Coaching = $550/monthly
2x + Remote Coaching = $700/monthly
3x + Remote Coaching = $1000/monthly

 
 

Build confidence

Joining the hybrid training program can build your confidence training both in the gym and at home by guiding you to your goals one rep at a time! The primary goal of this program is to teach you about your body and how to train towards your goals with the equipment you have access to.

 

personalized program

Your personalized program will be designed specific to your physical needs, availability, injury history, goals, and interests. This program is created to focus on WHAT movements you want to perform and HOW to perform them. We will focus on which exercises will be more beneficial for you so that every workout is as effective and proficient as possible.

 
 

You are your own accountability

The program will be created on your schedule and your schedule alone. Only have 20 minutes? Perfect! Your workouts will be designed to match how long and how often each week you have to commit. Choose up to 5 days of training days a week plus up to 4 in-person training sessions.

 

weekly check - in’s

Once a week you will receive a digital check-in via email to track your progress and answer any questions you may have. This will assist in accountability and consistency in order to help you reach your goals!
