Virtual training
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Virtual training is designed to accommodate anyone with a limited schedule, travels often, or prefers working out from the comfort of their own home. Virtual programs are created just as in person sessions are through information collected from a clients health history, training history, and goals. Using the information received from a client and knowledge of what a client has access to, a personalized program is created and is trained virtually by a qualified City Savvy Gal trainer! Private and Semi Private training sessions are available. All sessions are 50 minutes.
PRIVATE TRAINING VS SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training is designed specifically for YOU! Programs are created to accommodate your needs, goals, and available equipment. This model of training is to focus solely on your personal goals, availability, and progressions.
Semi Private training is offered through Zoom and is limited to five clients per session. Programs are designed around those in the group and what equipment is available. This model of training is to create an online community and help with accountability while building loads of strength in the process!
LOCATIONS
Virtual training sessions are offered either through FaceTime, a Zoom call, or the online training platform Recess.tv.
PRICING
Private Virtual Session $135/session, sessions are billed on a monthly cycle
Semi Private Virtual Session $100/session, sessions are billed on a monthly cycle.
REMOTE TRAINING
Remote Training is offered through the Compound Performance App. This is a perfect option for those who need direction in their training program but prefer to train on their own time. Your program will be designed on a weekly basis with weekly check in’s to assure your program is going in your desired direction. You may choose between a 3 and 5 day weekly training program.
